Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. After giving up gymnastics in her youth, Ariel began competing at fitness competitions at the age of 16. As a teenager she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. One year later at 17, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now the most youthful IFBB Pro. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the stage to finish her college education. After completing her college education, Ariel returned in 2015. She picked up where she had left off in the previous contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance and set herself new goals every year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of 2009. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competing so she could complete her degree at college. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel was able to make a comeback in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. In summer 2016, she won first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel says she was more than happy of the result. Ariel was competing against the top athletes. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, one-arm pull-downs using lats with a machine. and sitting rows. First, she warms up prior to moving on to working sets. Ariel makes the best use of her time. This is accomplished by setting all of the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 repetitions. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week. One day would be lighter weight and the other heavier weight day.
