Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen, an American actor and singer-songwriter hailing born in St. Louis Missouri. Her most famous work is her part in the CW TV series Gossip Girl as Jenny Humphrey and as the main singer of The Pretty Reckless. Momsen's music is featured in movies and TV shows like How to Be Single, Going the Distance, and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen has one younger sister, Sloane Momsen. Her dance training was at St. Louis' Center of Creative Arts. Three years ago, she began her acting career professionally as a part of a nationally telecast Shake and Bake commercial. Momsen was on hiatus in her career over three years, before being selected as the main character in Misconceptions which is a WB television series. Momsen also appeared at the time in Saving Shiloh (2006). Additionally, she auditioned to be the lead character on Hannah Montana. She was one of the top three however, Miley was given the part.
